Hello, I’m Kamilla Matos! My journey into childcare began at the age of 15, in a way that deeply shaped my character and calling. After my mother experienced postpartum depression following my brother’s birth, I stepped in to care for him. That profound experience sparked my true vocation, giving me firsthand understanding of how vital compassionate, specialized support is for a family during the postpartum period. Originally from Brazil, I bring warmth, dedication, and a strong sense of care rooted in my background to every family I serve. With over a decade of experience, I combine a professional, multidisciplinary background with a deeply holistic and natural approach to family care. While I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law—which instilled in me a strong sense of ethics, advocacy, and organization—I chose to follow my heart into maternal and infant support. Today, I am a Postpartum Doula with specialized certifications in Postpartum Montessori and Infant/Baby Development. I am also a certified Sleep Training specialist. My goal is to create a harmonious environment where the child’s biological rhythm and emotional well-being are the priority, using methods that respect each baby’s natural pace. In my free time, I love staying active and exploring new rhythms of life. I am an avid cyclist, I enjoy playing golf with my husband, and practicing yoga. This balance of movement, focus, and calm is something I naturally bring into the homes I support, helping parents feel more confident and at ease during the transition of welcoming a new baby. Based in the King of Prussia (KOP) area of Pennsylvania, I am highly experienced in working with families from diverse cultures and backgrounds, always honoring the unique traditions and values of each household. I am here to bring a peaceful, informed, and heart-centered presence to your journey, ensuring you feel truly supported every step of the way. I can’t wait to meet you and your family! With love, Kamilla
