Jenni Meckelvaney
My name is Jenni Meckelvaney, I moved from Havre de Grace, MD to Media, PA August of last year. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience devoted to therapeutic and restorative care for all stages of life. I have my business Womb Mother Massage and Wellness in Media, PA. I am also a perinatal yoga teacher and a birth doula in training. I plan on being the full package, with you from before pregnancy to the fourth trimester.
I specialize in fertility massage, prenatal and postpartum bodywork, womb massage, and nervous system support. My work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds stories, and with compassionate touch and intentional care, it can return to balance, safety, and deep restoration. I also offer the Closing of the Bones ceremony, a sacred postpartum ritual I learned through Doula of the Divine. I learned the traditional African Ifá-rooted practice with rebozo wraps and belly/womb binding. I love that this ceremony honors a mother’s transition into a new phase of life, offering grounding, integration, and a sense of being held during a time of transformation.
I am deeply passionate about supporting not only the physical body during pregnancy and postpartum, but also emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation. Mothers deserve to be nurtured, witnessed, and held as they move through life’s thresholds. My approach blends skilled touch, energetic awareness, and compassionate presence to create a space where women feel safe, supported, and honored.
I am blessed to be joining Moon Sage Mama and receiving mentorship as I deepen my path in birth work and continue expanding my care to include fertility, birth, and postpartum support.
