Hi, I'm Ashli!I'm a certified Full-Spectrum Doula, Certified Lactation Educator, and wife & mother of three. I serve families throughout Greater Philadelphia, Delaware County, and the Main Line providing compassionate, evidence-based support throughout pregnancy, birth, infant feeding, and the early postpartum period. My path to birth work began long before I became a doula. It started with my own pregnancies and births, where I experienced firsthand the power of feeling informed, supported, and truly heard. Those experiences led me to earn my degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Temple University and eventually to pursue birth work, where I found the perfect blend of education, advocacy, and connection. Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings really did a number on me! I believe birth is a physiological process, and I love helping families understand what their bodies are designed to do while providing practical tools, comfort measures, and encouragement along the way. My goal is never to fit families into one vision of birth, but to help them feel confident making informed decisions that align with their values, preferences, and circumstances no matter the outcome. One of the foundations of my work is nervous system regulation. Pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period are deeply physical experiences, but they are also emotional and neurological ones. I believe that when people feel safe, supported, and connected, they are better able to navigate the intensity and unpredictability of birth. I often incorporate simple grounding techniques, breathwork, movement, touch, and intentional pauses to help families return to a place of calm and confidence. I'm also drawn to the power of ritual. Whether it's creating a calming prenatal routine, setting intentions before labor, establishing a peaceful feeding environment, or encouraging small postpartum practices that invite rest and connection, I believe these moments help families slow down, feel present, and honor the transition into parenthood. Ritual doesn't have to be elaborate—it can be as simple as taking a deep breath together before a contraction or sharing a quiet moment with a new baby. At the heart of my work is relationship. I believe education builds confidence, presence builds trust, and no family should have to navigate pregnancy or postpartum alone. It is an honor to walk alongside families during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives, and I would be grateful to be part of your village.
